Cancellation policy

Credit card details are required to secure an appointment when you use Beauty @ The Village for the first time. Clients who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.

How to make the best of your visit

We ask you to always allow enough time for your experience and to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can record your current spa needs and details; offer you a refreshment and an opportunity to relax. Please note that a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. Timings are approximate based on the total length of appointment not the time a treatment takes.

Please note that mobile phones must be switched off at all times. Children are not permitted in the spa rooms or waiting area.

Gift Vouchers are available for specific treatments or in monetary denominations. Please note vouchers expire six months from date of issue and are non refundable. When redeeming any voucher the full value must be used as part credit will not be refunded.

SPA DAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

50% of your spa day cost is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. The further 50 % is required on the day of your spa day. Spa days are non-refundable and require 7 days notice of cancellation at which time the date of your booking can be transferred.
